Before sustainability became a global trend, the Weltzien family already had a vision on the subject as a necessity and decided to invest in the creation of a natural cleaning products company. The patriarch, of German origin, Mr. Malte Weltzein, worked in this segment in Spain and, when he came to Brazil in the late 70s, he decided to implement the formula in South America. Becky Weltzien.
Thus was created the Cassiopeia, company responsible for the line BioWash. Founded in 1981, in São Paulo, the company has always focused on formulating products that respect the environment. Aware of the negative externalities that traditional household cleaning products entail, it created a line of biodegradable products that do not cause allergies and with a 100% natural formulation free from petrochemicals. In 1994, the BioWash was launched, establishing itself as a pioneer in our market by offering the first 100% natural dishwashing detergent, as well as a multipurpose product with the same properties. In 2007, a specific line was launched for retail and soon won the certification seal of the Biodynamic Institute (Insituto Biodinâmico).
Raw materials derived from babassu coconut, castor oil, aloe vera, eucalyptus essential oils, citronella, orange oil and lemon grass are some of the substances used in the composition of the products, which do not contain any type of phosphate (a determining element in eutrophication of water bodies, a process that is harmful to biodiversity and human consumption), chlorine, formaldehyde (preservative), fragrances and synthetic dyes, and other substances that are toxic to the environment for your health. The products are also free from items of animal or petrochemical origin. Another aspect that the company pays special attention to is the quality of raw material suppliers.
The pioneering work of the family has been decisive in the development of the market for ecologically correct products in the cleaning segment in our country, which represents a fundamental contribution by offering effectively sustainable alternatives to traditional products.

Concentrated multipurpose lemon grass or mint fragrance
Sold in a 1L bottle, it is dilutable and yields 25 liters for general cleaning, 6 liters for cleaning greasy surfaces and for washing clothes, it is recommended to use 7 ml (one cap) for each kilo of clothes.
