Surely you know one of the different names of this plant. Let's get to them: taraxaco, man's love, bald grandpa, bittersweet, dog lettuce, mole salad and hope. Dandelion has a good variety of vitamins (among them A, B6 and C), minerals and proteins. The high concentration of vitamin A and C (beta-carotene and ascorbic acid) produces an antioxidant effect. All of this makes it a diuretic, prevents gallstones and helps clean the body.
The tea from the plant is considered to be slimming. To do this, you will need two tablespoons of dandelion leaves. Put them in a container of water, boil everything and then just drink. You can also add leaves to your meal. The younger ones are tasty and can be included in salads.
2. Lemon balm

Who has never had a lemon balm tea? In addition to being tasty, it has benefits: soothes, improves digestion, controls pressure, relieves headaches, combats insomnia and loss of appetite.
To prepare a great lemon balm tea, it is best to use two teaspoons of leaves for each cup of water or, if you prefer, use the leaves of the plant directly inside a container of water and boil for 10 or 20 minutes ; wait for the ideal temperature to drink.
Lemon balm is also called melissa, which is also its scientific name, Melissa officinalis.
An important observation is that this plant should not be used by pregnant women, as it can stimulate the uterus.
3. Lavender

This plant is known for its medicinal and cosmetic effects, as well as serving as a cleaning product. In ancient times, the oil extracted from lavender was used by the Romans for activities such as washing clothes, bathing and perfuming environments, in addition to its flowers being used to decorate sweets.
The main characteristics of the plant are to relieve tension, fight insomnia, anxiety, nervousness, muscle pain, acne and skin inflammation.
You can use dried lavender leaves in your bath as a form of aromatherapy by tying a handful over where the water is poured. It is also possible to make a tea, boiling 10 grams or two tablespoons of chopped dried leaves for every half liter of water - just drink one or two cups a day.
Now that you know the benefits, just buy the seedlings and plant them in your backyard.
