Garlic oil capsules must contain three to five milligrams of allicin.

There are numerous advantages to using garlic oil, but it is always good to remember to check the composition and make sure that the amount of allicin present is within stipulated standards. Then strain and place the garlic oil in the refrigerator for better conservation.
