DIY: Create beautiful arrangements by reusing glass bottles

It's a simple tip that avoids waste and leaves your home with a different look

If you've ever forgotten an empty bottle on the coffee table and been thinking "until it matched", this tip is for you. Why not reuse glass bottles that are making soup at home and that last for many years in nature. They can be used to decorate your home in a different and no less interesting way. Let's go to the steps:

Sanitation

  • Clean the bottles inside and out, removing the label and any glue that may accumulate;
  • Leave the container immersed in water for approximately two days. This makes most labels come off easily and “luscious” liquids such as soft drinks leave no residue.

Bottle decoration

  • Paint your bottles different colors and use ribbons, bows and stickers to decorate them;
  • The ink must be suitable for glass (and preferably organic - if not, decorate otherwise), and care such as the use of mask and gloves must be taken;

Tip: the beer and wine bottles, which are bigger, look elegant with carnations and other more sober flowers inside. The smaller ones combine with colorful flowers and can also decorate parties and get-togethers. But do your own experiments to test it.

Small garden: A bib can be created by joining even numbers of bottles together with a satin ribbon. This type of arrangement is ideal for decorating events and outdoor environments.
