- "What do you do with a problem?" it is an inspiring book for children and adults
The seven authors were brought together by CollabSoul and the result is a publication that includes three audiences: people who seek self-knowledge and collective reflection, facilitators and speakers in related areas, and organizations open to collaborative practices.
Also making up this kit, the collaboration cards aim to activate different aspects of “Collaboration with Soul”, in a format that encourages reflection and dialogue among participants. The intention is to broaden the understanding of behaviors that promote a greater or lesser level of collaboration in everyday life and that impact various aspects of personal and professional life.
There are 46 cards that can be used as a dynamic aimed at overcoming a collaboration challenge previously defined by the group, or as a driver for creative processes where solutions emerge in the social interaction between participants. The value cards, on the other hand, provide an experience of self-knowledge about the true values of life, “Activating Self-Awareness”. In this journey, one of the main pillars is the deepening and self-knowledge as an individual and leader. But what are values? It is the characteristics of an individual or an organization that define how the person or organization behaves or interacts with others and the environment. Furthermore, the word “value” can represent talent, courage, reputation, deserving and bravery. Human values are moral values that affect people's conduct of life. These moral values can also be considered social and ethical values, which establish a set of rules for healthy social coexistence
The experience with value cards helps to gain greater self-knowledge and move life more consciously. There are 55 cards, 49 of which represent a particular value, 5 are frequency classifiers of the presence of values in each user's life, and some are blank so that additional values can be inserted, if desired. The idea is to order your personal values, from the most important to the least, which will help you determine what are the core values that guide your life right now.
