What should I do?

Like many other supplements, green coffee extract can be marketed as a natural weight loss solution. The term “natural” is common in the supplement industry, but it doesn't necessarily mean the product is safer than synthetics. In fact, generally speaking, there is no very comprehensible definition of what is “natural”. Many plants that grow in the wild can be deadly, and supplements considered natural can still have added, unnatural ingredients and do as much or more harm than some synthetic ones.

If you need to lose weight, try to maintain a balanced diet, free of soft drinks, refined, gluten and industrialized products in general. Eat fresh foods rich in fiber and thermogenic vegetables. Maintain regular exercise most days of the week and consult a nutritionist.
