Just take a look at the 100% cardboard folding table made by New Zealand company Refold. It weighs 6.5 kg and can be assembled and disassembled in just a few minutes.
The design supports up to 85 kg of load and can last from one to three years (remember that cardboard doesn't mix very well with water). The bench has a useful area of 110 cm x 66 cm and three versions of legs that allow ergonomically suitable heights for different heights.
Although the company defends that working standing up is much healthier than sitting down, it also offers a shorter version, so those who don't give up their chair will not be sad.
And the user can customize the workbench however they want, as it sets up a great creative substrate.
