Making a throat lozenge can be a great way to alleviate some symptoms of colds and flu, which can appear along with dry and cold weather, with sudden changes in temperature or even after a day of work in the air conditioning. This recipe should not be seen as a sore throat remedy, as it contains sugar, which is best avoided in severe cases. However, if symptoms are mild, the ingredients in this throat lozenge will help to hydrate the area and boost your immunity.

In addition, you avoid consuming non-reusable or recyclable packaging - as conventional pharmacy tablets usually are - and you get an effective and vegan alternative. And remember: if symptoms persist, see a doctor or doctor.
