How to make homemade and natural makeup remover

Procedures:
To make your homemade and natural makeup remover , it is necessary to make the juice from aloe vera: the leaf should be cut close to the base and placed in a container with the cut side facing down so that a yellow liquid can run off. Attention: this yellow liquid must be removed, as it can cause allergies and hypersensitivity when it comes into contact with the skin and mucous membranes of the eyes and mouth (below the description and its effects).
Then, the peel of the leaf must be removed with a knife, and the colorless gelatinous pulp, which is the desired part, must be sliced. For this recipe you will need approximately two tablespoons (30 ml) of this colorless gel.
In a blender, blend the colorless gel of aloe vera with the water until it is very uniform.
Place this mixture in a container with a lid, preferably a glass one, and add olive oil in the following proportion: about ten parts of juice. aloe vera for one part olive oil. Cap the bottle and shake well. Then soak the mixture in cotton "pads" or sterile gauze, as it will come into contact with the eye area, and hold it over the eye area for a few seconds before cleaning, rubbing gently. Store product in refrigerator.

Learn a little more about the ingredients used in homemade and natural make-up removers:
aloe vera
THE aloe vera is a plant used for millennia, known for its versatility and used in food, cosmetics, medicines, among others. The main biological activities attributed to it and that justify its use in cosmetics are: antimicrobial, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, healing, moisturizing, among others.
The part of the plant used for medicinal and food purposes is the leaf, mainly composed of two fundamental extracts: the latex, which is closer to the bark, and it is a yellowish liquid that mainly contains aloin; and the colorless gel of the pulp, in its inner part, composed mainly of water (about 99.0%) and polysaccharides (sugars).
The desired properties of the aloe vera are due to the components present in the gel, and it is precisely this part that is incorporated into various formulations for medicinal, cosmetic and nutraceutical purposes.
Aloin is an active ingredient naturally used as a powerful laxative and, although coming from a natural source, it has some toxicity and may cause some unwanted effects, such as irritation of the mucosa and eyes in case of direct contact. Therefore, this yellow latex must be removed from the sheet before pulping.
For all these reasons, if you consume Aloe Vera, make sure it's 100% aloin-free. In any case, it is always advisable to consult your doctor or doctor before consumption. Read more in the article: "Aloe: benefits, how to use it and what it is for".

Did you know that olive oil has amazing cosmetic properties? Studies have shown that the olive tree is a tree capable of self-regenerating over the years and it was from there that numerous researches were carried out regarding the properties of olive oil in terms of benefits for aesthetics and beauty.
Hydroxytyrosol and Tyrosol are phenolic compounds naturally found in olive oil, which is one of the richest plant sources in terms of the presence and diversity of these compounds. Many studies point to several biological activities of these active principles, such as antimicrobial, anticancer, anti-inflammatory, and in particular, due to their powerful antioxidant agents that can minimize the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, these active principles give the skin an appearance renewed.
Topical products based on olive oil balance oiliness and soothe irritated skin, purifying and speeding up the pore cleaning process, softening and facilitating the removal of bacterial-causing impurities, in addition to leaving it with a more luminous appearance and greater vitality . It is the ideal therapy for sensitive skin. In addition, just like coconut oil, olive oil is rich in oleic acid, which is a super emollient that softens and can help hydrate and elasticize the skin. It also acts as a depigmenting agent, as it prevents the uncontrolled accumulation of the pigment responsible for the darkening, melanin.
This gives this active substance great potential for application in cosmetic products, and what is even better, coming from a natural and environmentally friendly source.
Knowing all the wonderful properties of these powerful allies, you can easily replace your synthetic commercial makeup remover with this natural product that will bring countless benefits to your skin, your pocket and the environment. You can also use coconut oil only.
Coconut oil is great for removing makeup. Using just a cotton and a little coconut oil it is possible to remove all the makeup from the skin and still obtain a moisturizing effect. Just apply coconut oil to the skin of the face and eyes, massage and remove with cotton. But be careful not to make your skin too oily and make pimples easier to develop. If this happens, use a drop of tea tree oil on the affected area. But before that, test if you don't have allergies. Apply a drop of tea tree essential oil to the inside of your forearm. If any unwanted reaction appears, remove the tea tree essential oil with a cotton wool soaked in coconut oil, or another neutral vegetable oil, such as olive oil, sunflower oil, grape seed oil, among others that are not essential oils (since they tend to be very focused).
