Homemade low-fat yogurt recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 liter of skimmed milk;
  • 1 unit of low-fat yogurt;
  • 4 tablespoons of skimmed milk powder.

To prepare homemade low-fat yogurt, heat the milk to a temperature where you put your finger inside it and can count to ten. Then mix the powdered milk with the yogurt and add the hot milk.

Cover the mixture with a pot lid, wrap it in a tablecloth, and place it in a place where it will not be ventilated. Let the mixture rest for 24 hours and then take it to the refrigerator. When it's ready, you can mix the low-fat yogurt with ingredients of your choice.
