How to Make Homemade Tomato Sauce with Five Recipe Types

Homemade tomato sauce with carrots
Ingredients
- 500 grams of tomato for sauce (round or long and ripe)
- 1 small onion
- 1 small carrot or half a medium carrot

Method of preparation

Method of preparation
- Peel the garlic and place it whole in the skillet to brown in the oil.
- When the garlic is golden brown, place the halved tomatoes and cook them over medium heat in the open skillet along with the dry bay leaf.
- The sauce will be ready when the tomato starts to loosen its skin.
Tomato sauce with onion
Ingredients
- 500 grams of tomato for sauce
- 2 chopped medium onions
- salt to taste
- 4 spoons of oil
- optional basil (some leaves)

Method of preparation
- Heat the onions to brown in the oil.
- Add the washed and sliced tomatoes and let them cook for about 30 minutes.
- Check the consistency and stir always so as not to burn or stick to the bottom.

Tomato sauce in the oven
Ingredients
- 300 grams of tomatoes
- 3 small garlic cloves (according to taste)
- Aromatic herbs to taste (oregano, marjoram, basil, black pepper, thyme, or dry seasoning mix)

Method of preparation
- Wash and cut the tomatoes in half and place them on a baking sheet.

Ingredients
- 2 large cloves of garlic
- 6 tablespoons of oil
- 1 fresh cayenne pepper
- 3 tomatoes

- In a skillet, place the whole garlic cloves and the pepper (whole or chopped) to brown in the oil in abundance;
