Ingredients:

  • 500 grams of sweet potatoes;
  • Peel of an apple;

Way of doing:

  • Cook the sweet potatoes in a pan of water for about 20 minutes;

  • 1/2 cup of sugar tea;
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice;
  • 1 and 1/2 teacup of water.

Way of doing:

  • Put the apple peel in a pan, add the water and lemon and bring to the fire;
  • Simmer over low heat with the pan covered until the skins are soft (takes only a few minutes);
  • Then blend in a blender;
  • Place the beaten skins in a pan, add sugar and return them to the fire;
  • Bring to a boil and cook;
