chinese pindas

Chinese pindas are pouches made of cotton or linen containing soothing or stimulating aromatic herbs. When heated and placed against the skin, the pindas release the properties that each aromatic herb has and, as they are hot, act directly on the musculature. They are usually used in massage and are also excellent when worked on the womb, where the uterus is.

The workshop will teach how to make and apply these pindas in the belly to warm, regulate, unblock and harmonize the region. The use of pindas promises to bring physical and emotional improvements, improvement of several dysfunctions, such as PMS, fibroids, polycystic ovaries, menstrual cycle dysregulation, lack of libido, menstrual cramps, among others.
