Method of preparation

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup of almonds
- 1/2 cup of cashew nuts
- 1 cup of water
- 1 and 1/2 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 coffee spoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of salt
Method of preparation
Soak the almonds and cashews for eight hours. After this step, discard the water and peel off the almonds. Then, blend all ingredients in a blender until they form a homogeneous mixture. - 2 well-cooked cassavas;
- 1 tablespoon of sour sprinkles;
- 2 garlic cloves;

- 1/3 cup of oil;
- 1 tablespoon of nutritional yeast or brewer's yeast (optional).
Method of preparation
After cooking the cassavas, keep half a glass of the cooking water and let it cool. Blend all the ingredients with the cooking water in a blender and gradually add the oil. Ingredients
- 250g of chopped tofu
- 1/2 cup (of tea) of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- Water or coconut milk to make the point

Method of preparation
Beat the tofu with olive oil or oil in a blender until fluffy. Then transfer to a pan, season with salt and lemon to taste and add the powder and a tablespoon of water or milk.
