  • 1/4 cup of almonds
  • 1/2 cup of cashew nuts
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 and 1/2 tablespoon of lemon juice

Method of preparation

Soak the almonds and cashews for eight hours. After this step, discard the water and peel off the almonds. Then, blend all ingredients in a blender until they form a homogeneous mixture.   • 2 well-cooked cassavas;
  • 1 tablespoon of sour sprinkles;
  • 2 garlic cloves;

  • 1/3 cup of oil;

Method of preparation

After cooking the cassavas, keep half a glass of the cooking water and let it cool. Blend all the ingredients with the cooking water in a blender and gradually add the oil.   • 250g of chopped tofu
  • 1/2 cup (of tea) of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • Water or coconut milk to make the point

Method of preparation

Beat the tofu with olive oil or oil in a blender until fluffy. Then transfer to a pan, season with salt and lemon to taste and add the powder and a tablespoon of water or milk.
