1. Banana Peel Steak

  • 8 banana peels
  • 2 tablespoons of linseed flour

Ingredients

  • 1 kilo of ripe tomatoes
  • 200 grams of dry bread
  • 4 tablespoons of oil
  • salt to taste

Method of preparation

Cut the tomatoes and bring them to a blender with the salt, oil and garlic. When it is liquid, put the dry bread into pieces and beat until fluffy. If necessary, adjust the salt and oil

6. Leftover rice dumplings

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of leftover rice
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 3 scoops of whole wheat flour
  • 2 tablespoons of potato starch dissolved in 3 tablespoons of water
  • 2 scoops of nutritional yeast
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 1 teaspoon of fennel seeds
  • A dash of powdered tarragon
  • Dried parsley, black pepper and salt to taste
  • Frying oil

Method of preparation

With the exception of rice, mix all the ingredients together until the mixture has a smooth texture. Finally add rice and mix again. Fry in hot oil by spoonfuls. If you prefer, before frying, pass in the breadcrumbs. Leftover turnip makes a delicious roast.

7. Leftover cooked turnip

Ingredients

  • 250 g of turnip
  • Green smell to taste
  • ½ tomato
  • One tablespoon of oil
  • A cup of bread cut into cubes
  • A spoon (coffee) of salt
  • One tablespoon of linseed flour soaked for ten minutes in 1/2 cup of water
  • ½ cup coconut milk tea

Method of preparation

Soak the flaxseed flour in half a cup of water. Cook the turnips until tender. Mash them with a fork and set aside. Saute the green scent and the tomato in olive oil and add the turnip. In another container, add the bread, coconut milk and salt and soak for 10 minutes. Then add the turnip, place it on a greased baking sheet and let it brown in a hot oven
