Plant care to help the environment

Taking care of houseplants is also a sustainable attitude

Plants are always welcome indoors and outdoors. In addition to making the environment more beautiful, they help to purify the air. However, some precautions can make them great allies in preserving nature. Check out some tips below:

If you waste water, you could be harmed if you cut or ration (not to mention the plants themselves). Do not water them with a hose. Use buckets, avoid times when water can be absorbed more quickly and only wet the base of the plant.

There are some species of plants that are endangered, such as bromeliads, orchids and palm hearts. Only purchase them with a certificate of origin. So you contribute to environmental preservation.

To decorate the home and work, give preference to plants over other objects. They make the environment more pleasant. If you've ever thought about planting a tree in your backyard, do it!

Your yard and home plants do not require the water to be clean and potable. Use rainwater to wash and water your plants, avoiding waste.
